Might be one of the greatest things ever... so comfortable, flattering to all body types, and did I say b-e-a-utiful?

I have a lehenga and salwar kameej, but I haven't had a chance to get a sari... which may be the most beautiful of them all! Best of all, I found a site that tells you how to put the darn thing on!

This is a beautiful lehenga, but sooo much prettier than mine.

This salwar kameej that Rani Mukherjee wearing, is actually a lot like the one I have. Mine, though, is sleeveless and does not show clevage at all. The beading is blue and silver and the veil is just plain pink.

As for a sari, i'm not sure if I would like a traditional, something sexy, or even a bridal... Honestly, the red bridal sari's are so goregous, but many of them are woven with golden thred and can cost thousands of dollars... and probably millions of rupees...

I am excited to say that I am a proud part-time employee at Kwik Trip. I should be working 10-20 hours a week at 8.10 an hour, which should help me pay for the gas I buy from Kwik Trip, hehe!

With that, I also hope to be able to hang out with my friends again without too much worry on the part of finances... maybe I can even SAVE some money for the future. Wouldn't that be a novel idea. I also hope to eat a little more healthier with the new income.

Dreams dreams... we'll see where that takes me...

It's amazing, how the population of this place has diminished. I left for a while myself, but that's 'cause fit was hitting the shan. I finally wake up, come back... and all of three people still use this thing.

I have to admit, I was hoping to hear from some of my old LJ friends :( Oh no, I guess I'll have to make new ones now. My friend, Kelley from NC is my friend on facebook too, so I will have to track her down on there... i'm basically rambling, so that's cool.

I also need to find a job. Soon. I needs teh money. I've been applying a lot online and intend to meander around town later today picking up applications.

AND I am going to be playing WOW a good chunk of the day I hope. Waste my time on leveling (I can't let my buddy athina get to far ahead of me, muahhaha!)

Okay, off to play wow... maybe i'll edit later when I actually have something to say.

Two more finals. Then I am done for my first semester back in college.

And i'm not going to lie--it's a lot harder than you'd think. This semester has been shit, as far as i'm concerned, but the fact that I am making it through should at least be noted as some sort of victory.

Mind you, I use the word "wild" mildly.

It all started on Sunday. The Mother's Day of all Mother's Days--sadly my mom was (and still is) in Nevada. I knew she missed meand I happened to find my webcam in time, so her gift was seeing me on webcam (hers is built into her computer so I got to see her too!) She told me it was the best mothers day present she'd ever gotten. Sadly we both had other things to do...

With mom in Nevada, this year I spent it with Jeff's Family. Brad (Jeff's brother) and Erin (Brad's wife) hosted a cook out at their place, where both mothers (Bonnie, Jeff's mom. And Jane, Erin's mom) were to be celebrated for pro-creating and not screwing up too badly ;)

It was a lot of fun! Good food, good people, violent video games on Brads new PS3.. what more could anyone want? Well, apparently more, 'cause I got a birthday present from Jeff's mom (first of his girlfriends to ever recieve a birthday gift.) It was a scented candle (vanilla), and the candle holder had my name on it. I also got a black ribbon necklace with a black glass pendant that has copper coloring in it. I adore it and basically haven't taken it off since I got it.

AND on top of that, I was having some tire troubles, so Brad had an air compressor and a gage--he checked and filled my tires, and didn't even mind doing it! I kinda felt like a bother, i'm not used to having a family treat me so well.

Well, Jeff had left his car at his apartment in Rothschild, originally his parents were going to drop him back home, but we decided i'd just run him up there and we'd come back to Point, because I had my first final the next day... we get to Mosinee when he realizes he doesn't have his keys. We called his brother and he'd left them there. So we stopped there, picked up his keys and just called it quits for the night and went back to my place. I let him drive my car to work and he kept it safe... proof I actually trust this guy-- #1... I let him drive my precious, baby car. #2. I let him drive it without me IN IT.

So, then off to my 1st exam. Only took about 1/2 an hour to complete (wasn't cumulative, thank god!) I head back home and Jeff and I proceed to immerse ourselves in Series 2 of Doctor Who, and even watched the last Rose episode before heading north again.

I had all of today off to study, and I did for the most part, but I can always do more.

At around 6:00 Jeff and I headed out for the auditorium in Mosinee (where he works...) and there was a power outage... so I studied for another hour with emergency lighting in the sound and light booth. They called the show, 'cause they still couldn't get power and it's rescheduled for next week.

Tomorrow is my birthday! Woot-ness! I'll be 22. Nothing exciting planned, but I suppose we shall see.

On sunday I fly out to Las Vegas to visit my mom for a few days--Then we're packing up and driving back across the country together. Should be exciting.

It's been a while since I updated my LJ. I forgot how cool this place was. Hmm. ANYWAY, I went through some of my old entries and realized I am/was a whiney bitch. But, this is also from last year. And a lot can happen in a year. AND a lot did.

MAJOR HIGHLIGHtS:
1). Got out of my emotionally abusive relationship with Kumar.
2). Got 2 jobs--one of which (IHOP) I walked out of after four months of being treated like shit! the other, I dropped out of school for and was shift manager after 6 months. A few months later I quit that job too to do #3.
3). Back in school now, with the help, love and support of my family, friends, and boyfriend.
4). I have a boyfriend, Jeff Nenstiel. We play World of Warcraft and skip through grocery stores together!
5). My sisters wedding was amazing. Srsly.
6). I am reconnecting with friends who I wasn't allowed to see during the evil ex's reign.
7). ZOMGZ. Heather had a baybeh. I needs to see it!
8). I am leaving for the Caribbean soon... as in tomorrow I fly out. Woot!

AHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!! I'm laughing my ass off right now. On Mythbusters, Jamie and Adam did this expeiment to explode paint to paint walls rather than rollers or brushes... ANYWAY, It was busted and Adam claimed that on each wall of the shack that it was a different phase of Jackson Pollack's career--the voice over then said "Adam is obviously talking complete Pollack"...I've been laughing ever since.
